妊娠期铁缺乏的中西医结合治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Iron Deficiency during Pregnancy

目的:观察对妊娠期铁缺乏孕妇实施中西医结合治疗的效果。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年3月在江门市妇幼保健院定期产检的妊娠期铁缺乏孕妇348例。按照数字随机表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组174例。对照组采取西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合中药八珍汤加减治疗。对比两组治疗前后血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白水平及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前两组血红蛋白及血清铁蛋白水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组血红蛋白及血清铁蛋白水平均提高。治疗后研究组血红蛋白及血清铁蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于妊娠期铁缺乏孕妇来说,中西医结合治疗可以有效改善血红蛋白和血清铁蛋白水平,而且安全性良好,临床价值显著。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on pregnant women with iron deficiency during pregnancy.Method:From April 2020 to March 2021,a total of 348 pregnant women with iron deficient during pregnancy who underwent regular prenatal examination in Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected.According to the digital random table method,they were divided into control group and study group,174 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Bazhen Decoction add and subtract of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The levels of hemoglobin and serum ferritin before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hemoglobin and serum ferritin levels between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the levels of hemoglobin and serum ferritin in the two groups were increased.After treatment,hemoglobin and serum ferritin levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For pregnant women with iron deficiency during pregnancy,the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the levels of hemoglobin and serum ferritin,with good safety and significant clinical value.
