梅花针刺联合辣椒素和积雪苷治疗结节性痒疹的效果及其作用机制研究

Efficacy and Mechanism of Plum Blossom Acupuncture Combined with Capsaicin and Asiaticoside in the Treatment of Nodular Prurigo

目的:研究梅花针刺联合辣椒素和积雪苷治疗结节性痒疹的临床效果。方法:筛选2019年12月-2021年6月在广州市皮肤病防治所门诊部接受治疗的结节性痒疹患者80例,随机数字表法分组(观察组40例,对照组40例),治疗方案不同(观察组:梅花针刺联合辣椒素和积雪苷;对照组:常规西医治疗方案)的情况下比较两组治疗效果、症状评分与结节组织内相关因子水平差异。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组皮肤损伤、瘙痒症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组结节组织内P物质、血管内皮生长因子、转化生长因子β_(1)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:梅花针刺联合辣椒素和积雪苷治疗结节性痒疹患者具有良好效果,患者皮损及相关症状均明显改善,其作用机制可能与调节患者体内P物质水平有关。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of plum blossom acupuncture combined with Capsaicin and Asiaticoside in the treatment of nodular prurigo.Method:A total of 80 patients with nodular prurigo treated in Guangzhou Institute of Dermatology Outpatient Department from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups(40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group).The treatment plans were different(observation group:plum blossom acupuncture combined with Capsaicin and Asiaticoside,control group:conventional western medicine treatment plan).The differences in treatment effect,symptom scores and related factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin damage and pruritus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of substance P,vascular endothelial growth factor and transforming growth factorβ_(1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plum blossom acupuncture combined with Capsaicin and Asiaticoside has a good effect in the treatment of patients with nodular prurigo.The skin lesions and related symptoms of the patients are significantly improved.The mediator may be related to the regulation of substance P levels in the patients.
