游戏结合言语训练在2~5岁语言发育迟缓患儿康复护理中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探究2~5岁语言发育迟缓患儿康复护理中实施游戏结合言语训练的效果。方法:以随机数字表法将莆田市儿童医院2017年8月-2020年8月收治的168例语言发育迟缓患儿分为对照组(84例)和研究组(84例)。对照组采用常规言语训练,研究组实施游戏结合言语训练。比较两组语言功能评分(接受性、描述性、交流性语言功能)、格赛尔(Gesell)发育量表评分(社交能力、适应能力及精细动作)及患儿家长对护理的满意度情况。结果:干预后,两组接受性、描述性、交流性语言功能评分均提高,且研究组的上述评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组Gesell发育量表中社交能力、适应能力及精细动作评分均提高,且研究组上述评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿家长护理满意度为98.81%,显著高于对照组的88.10%(P<0.05)。结论:在2~5岁语言发育迟缓患儿康复护理中实施游戏结合言语训练,能改善患儿语言能力,促进患儿发育,提高患儿家长的护理满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of game combined with speech training in the rehabilitation nursing of children with language retardation aged 2-5 years old.Method:A total of 168 children with language retardation treated in Putian Children’s Hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(84 cases)and the study group(84 cases)using random number table.The control group used routine speech training,and the study group implemented game combined with speech training.The scores of language function(receptive,descriptive,communicative language function),Gesell development scale(social ability,adaptability and fine movement)and the satisfaction of parents on nursing care were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the acceptance,descriptive and communicative language function scores of the two groups were increased,and the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of social ability,adaptability and fine motor of Gesell development scale in the two groups were improved,and the above scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the satisfaction rate of the parents of the study group with nursing care was 98.81%,which was significantly higher than 88.10%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the game combined with speech training in the rehabilitation care of children with language retardation aged 2-5 years old can improve the language ability of children,promote their development and enhance the care satisfaction of their parents.
