Objective:To investigate the effect of segmented dilution instillation and routine desensitization injection of antivenin on snakebite patients.Method:The clinical data of 88 snakebite patients admitted to Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from May 2020 to July 2021 were retrospectively selected.According to the mode of administration, they were divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group. After admission, both groups were given routine emergency measure. The control group was given the mode of administration of routine desensitization injection, and the observation group was given the mode of administration of segmented dilution instillation.Allergic reaction after treatment, hospital stay and acceptance were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of allergic reaction in observation group was 11.37%,which was lower than 29.54%in control group(P<0.05).The acceptance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Segmented dilution instillation of antivenin for the treatment of snakebite patients can reduce the risk of allergic reaction, improve the acceptance of the mode of administration for patients, with high safety, help to speed up the recovery of patients and shorten the hospital stay, which is worthy of promotion.
