经颅磁治疗联合偏瘫肢体综合训练在脑卒中康复期患者中的临床价值

Effect of Transcranial Magnetic Therapy Combined with Comprehensive Training of Hemiplegic Limbs on Convalescent Stroke Patients

目的:探析经颅磁治疗联合偏瘫肢体综合训练对脑卒中康复期患者的影响。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年12月西安航天医院收治脑卒中康复期患者100例为研究对象。根据随机数字表方式将其等分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组在脑卒中对症治疗期间配合偏瘫肢体综合训练,观察组在上述基础上联合经颅磁治疗。比较两组干预前后肢体运动感觉功能及生活自理能力。结果:观察组干预后上、下肢运动功能评分均高于对照组,肢体感觉功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑卒中康复期患者积极对症治疗期间给予经颅磁治疗联合偏瘫肢体综合训练有利于促进运动功能恢复,提高患者生活自理能力,使患者更好地回归正常生活,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of transcranial magnetic therapy combined with comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs on convalescent stroke patients.Method:A total of 100 convalescent stroke patients admitted to Xi’an Aerospace Hospital from February 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table mode,they were equally divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group cooperated with the comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs during the symptomatic treatment period of stroke,and the observation group combined with transcranial magnetic therapy on the basis of the above.The limb motor sensory function and life self-care ability before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,motor function scores of upper and lower limbs in observation group were higher than those in control group,and sensory function scores of limbs was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the modified Barthel index(MBI)scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the period of active symptomatic treatment for convalescent stroke patients,transcranial magnetic therapy combined with comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs is beneficial to promote the recovery of motor function,improve patients’life self-care ability,and make patients better return to normal life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
