巨噬细胞移动抑制因子和核因子-κB与宫颈病变的关系研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 宫颈癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,死亡率较高,因此人们越来越多地努力研究新的敏感因子,为宫颈癌的防治提供新的敏感检测指标和治疗靶点。蛋白激酶B/磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶(protein kinase B/phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,Akt/PI3K)信号通路是许多生长因子受体下游的主要信号途径,也是人类肿瘤中最活跃的信号途径之一。如果该信号通路中的关键调控因子发生突变,会导致其信号异常活化,从而可能诱导恶变的发生发展。研究表明,各种因素引起的Akt/PI3K通路中的巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibition factor,MIF)和核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)的过度表达均与宫颈病变密切相关。故探讨Akt/PI3K通路中MIF和NF-κB与宫颈病变的关系,可能为研究宫颈癌癌前病变的诊断、术后随诊及靶向治疗的潜在靶点提供帮助。本文就Akt/PI3K通路中MIF和NF-κB与宫颈病变关系的研究进展做一综述。
