高职教育中的顶岗实习精细化管理教学研究——依托信息管理系统和工作站模式

Teaching Research on Fine Management of Internship in Higher Vocational Education:Relying on Information Management System and Workstation Mode

顶岗实习是高职教育中培养学生良好职业素养的重要教学环节,是学生由在校生到准员工再到合格员工的社会角色转换的过渡期,对提升学生职业能力起着关键作用,是高职教育人才培养不可缺少的重要组成部分。为适应时代发展新需要,满足实习管理新要求,实践和探索多年的校企合作工作站管理模式,亟待引入精细化管理理念,依托信息化管理手段,不断优化顶岗实习管理的各个环节。针对顶岗实习准备、实施、考核三阶段,依托信息管理系统,阐释顶岗实习精细化管理的理论构建和实践过程,并思考其优化和改进方向。

Internship is an important teaching link in cultivating good professional quality in higher vocational education.It is a transitional period for students to change their social roles from on-campus to prospective employees to qualified employees,playing a key role in improving students’professional ability,and also an indispensable and important part of talent training.In order to adapt to the new development needs of the times and meet the new requirements of internship management,the school-enterprise cooperation workstation management model that has been practiced and explored for many years urgently needs to introduce refined management concepts,and to continuously optimize all aspects of internship management relying on information management methods.According to the three stages of internship:preparation,implementation and assessment,closely relying on the information management system,this paper expounds the theoretical construction and practical process of the fine management of internship,and considers the directions of optimization and improvement.
