摘要
随着高等教育的逐渐普及,高校学生人数迅速增加。新形势下,高等教育的内涵也在发生变化,教育内容不仅是课程教学,还包括科研素养和能力的培养、创新意识和能力的激发和培养等。以往的以辅导员为主的管理模式不能满足对学生能力的培养要求。探索建立了精准导师制度,推荐一些学术水平高、人生阅历和工作经验丰富、热心关爱青年学生的教师,为学生学习和健康成长提供导向性和指导性服务;建立由辅导员、导师、班主任、教导员、组织员、指导员组成的“六位一体”教育管理服务新体系。采用精准导师制度后,学生学业的总体情况得到较为明显的改善,参与科研创新的学生人数明显增加,必修课程平均成绩得到了提高。
With the gradual popularization of higher education,the number of college students has increased rapidly.Under this new situation,the connotation of higher education is also changing.The content of education is not only the teaching of courses,but also the cultivation of students’scientific research literacy and ability,the stimulation and cultivation of innovation consciousness and ability.The traditional counselor-based management model does not meet the requirements.A precise tutor system is explored by recommending some teachers with high academic standards,rich life and work experience,and caring for young students to provide instructional services for students’learning and healthy growth,and a new"six in one"education management service system is established finally,combining counselors,tutors,class teachers,instructors,organizers,and instructors.The results show that after adopting the precision tutor system,the overall situation of students’academic performance has been obviously improved,the number of students participating in scientific research and innovation has increased significantly,and the average score of required courses has increased by more than 2 points.
