素质培养目标下经管“专业课程链”构建研究

Research on Construction of“Professional Course Chain”of Economics and Management Based on the Goal of Quality Training

通过调研经管专业人才素质要求,分析经管专业课程设置现状,研究经管专业课程设置、人才素质互相融合的解决方案,设计基于素质培养目标的经管专业课程链,包括基于人才培养目标定位专业课程链体系;基于素质培养视野拓宽“专业课程链”;基于产教融合提升人才素质实践“专业课程链”;基于专业课程课堂价值引领有效性切入课程思政知识等,为新时期高校高素质经管人才培养提供思路。

By investigating the quality requirements of economics and management professionals and analyzing the current situation of the courses of economics and management,this paper studies the solution of the integration of the professional course setting and talent quality,that is,designing the“professional course chain”of economics and management based on the goal of quality training,so as to provide ideas for the training of high-quality economics and management talents in colleges and universities in the new era.The ideas include positioning the“professional course chain”system based on the goal of talent training,broadening the“professional course chain”based on the vision of quality training,integrating ideological and political knowledge based on the effectiveness of classroom value guidance of professional courses.
