ICP-MS法研究含朱砂中成药中的汞元素在人工胃液中的溶出特性 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术研究含朱砂中成药中的汞元素在人工胃液中的溶出特性,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法应用电感耦合等离子体质谱技术建立汞元素的测定方法,并用该方法对不同厂家一捻金和小儿金丹片中的汞总量、水中汞溶出率、人工胃液中汞溶出率进行测定、比较和分析。结果汞元素在0~5μg·L^(-1)范围内具有较好线性关系(r=0.9995),两种药品中总汞测定方法的精密度、稳定性和回收率均能满足实验要求;NIST西红柿叶标准物质(SRM 1573a)汞元素的测定值和标准值之间的一致性良好。发现某厂家的一捻金存在朱砂投料不足的问题;各厂家一捻金中汞在水中的溶出率和在人工胃液中的溶出率分别为0.025%、0.017%、0.018%、0.002%、0.012%、0.020%;各厂家小儿金丹片中汞在水中的溶出率和在人工胃液中的溶出率分别为0.011%、0.009%、0.004%、0.004%,并且各厂家药品的溶出特性不同。结论一捻金和小儿金丹片的人工胃液溶出汞值得进一步研究。 Objective To investigate dissolution characteristics of mercury(Hg)of cinnabar-containing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in artificial gastric fluids by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),so as to provide references for clinical safe medication.Methods An ICP-MS method for analysis of Hg was established,and the total Hg in Yinianjin and Xiao′er Jindan Tablets and their dissolution rates in water and artificial gastric fluids were determined,compared and analyzed.Results Mercury has a good linear relationship in the range of 0~5μg·L^(-1)(r=0.9995).The precisions,stabilities and recoveries for the total Hg in two medicines met the determination requirements;The determined values of Hg in NIST tomato leaves reference materials(SRM1573a)were in accordance with that certified.The dissolution rates of mercury in water and artificial gastric fluids of Yinianjin were 0.025%,0.017%,0.018%,0.002%,0.012%and 0.020%,respectively;The dissolution rates of mercury in water and artificial gastric fluids of Xiaoer Jindan Tablets were 0.011%,0.009%,0.004%and 0.004%,respectively,while different dissolution characteristics for Yinianjin and Xiao′er Jindan Tablets were found in artificial gastric fluids and water.Conclusion The dissolved Hg in artificial gastric fluids for Yinianjin and Xiao′er Jindan Tablets should be deeply studied.
