基于数据挖掘中药专利复方治疗头痛病的用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Rule of Patent Compound of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Headache Based on Data Mining

目的:使用数据挖掘软件对近10年治疗头痛病的中药专利复方进行分析,总结其用药规律,为临床用药及中成药的研发提供一定的借鉴意义。方法:选取国家知识产权局专利公布公告网(http://epub.sipo.gov.cn)2011年1月-2021年5月公布的治疗头痛病的中药专利复方,分别使用古今医案云平台V2.1软件进行药物四气五味归经及功效分析、使用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行关联规则分析、使用SPSS Statistics 26.0软件进行聚类分析。结果:共筛选出处方525首,涉及中药744味,使用频次最高的药物为川芎,高达341次。高频药物功效多为祛风散寒、平肝熄风、活血化瘀。四气以温性药物为主,五味则以辛味最多,归经以肝经频次最高,其次为肺经、脾经。关联规则分析出现频次最高的药对为川芎-细辛;聚类配伍可将药物聚为6类。结论:近10年中药专利复方治疗头痛病用药多辛温,归肝经,主要以祛风散寒、平肝熄风、活血化瘀为治疗大法。

Objective:Data mining software was used to analyze the Chinese medicine patent compound for headache treatment in recent 10 years,and summarize its medication rules,so as to provide some reference for clinical medication and Chinese patent medicine research and development.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine patent compound for headache which was published on the patent announcement website of the State Intellectual Property Office(http://epub.sipo.gov.cn)from January 2011 to May 2021 was selected.V2.1 software of ancient and present medical case cloud platform was used to carry out the passage analysis and efficacy analysis of drug four gases and five flavors,SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to carry out association rule analysis,and SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used to carry out cluster analysis.Results:A total of 525 prescriptions were screened out,involving 744 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The most frequently used drug was Ligusticum chuanxiong,up to 341 times.Efficacy of high-frequency drugs is mostly dispelling wind and dispersing cold,smoothing liver and extinguishing wind,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The four qi are mainly warm drugs,and the five flavors are the most spicy.The liver meridian is the most frequently returned meridian,followed by lung meridian and spleen meridian.The drug pair with the highest frequency of association rule analysis was Ligusticum chuanxiong-Asarum.Clustering compatibility can cluster drugs into 6 classes.Conclusion:In recent ten years,the traditional Chinese medicine patent compound for headache treatment is mainly used for dispelling wind and dispersing cold,calming the liver and extinguishing wind,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
