摘要
舌诊是中医辨证论治的重要特色。青紫舌是急性心肌梗死患者常见的舌象,是中医诊断血瘀证的重要客观指标。通过整理概括青紫舌的形成机制及其与急性心肌梗死的关系,以期阐明青紫舌的本质,为进一步临床研究青紫舌与急性心肌梗死的相关性提供依据。
Tongue diagnosis is an important feature of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment.The bluish tongue is a common tongue sign in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and it is an important objective index of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome.Objective to summarize the formation mechanism of bluish tongue and its relationship with acute myocardial infarction,so as to clarify the essence of bluish tongue and provide basis for further clinical research on the correlation between bluish tongue and acute myocardial infarction.
