摘要
白芷作为一味富含营养的中药,在我国各省均有药用以及食用的例子,是一种典型的药食同源植物。作为制作各种药品、保健品、护肤品的原料,白芷具有广阔的市场潜力。综述了白芷的分布、化学成分、药用历史、食用开发和栽培等方面的研究进展,为白芷的研究和开发提供参考。
Angelica dahurica,as a nutritious Chinese herbal medicine,is used medicinally as well as for consumption in all provinces of China.It is a typical medicinal and food plant,and has a broad market potential as a raw material for making various medicines,health products and skin care products.The research progress on the distribution,chemical composition,medicinal history,edible development and cultivation of Angelica dahurica is reviewed to provide a reference for the research and development of Angelica dahurica.
