油水两相分层流界面波变形及破坏力学特性研究

摘要 油水两相流在管内从分层流到分散流流动状态的改变主要由界面波形态改变引起,但目前具体转变机理仍未知,为此,本文结合振幅稳定性给出油水两相分层流界面波的正弦波模型,从受力平衡的角度出发,提出界面波所受力的计算模型,得到其变形及破坏的临界预测方程,根据预测方程即可判断界面波状态,并通过数值拟合发现油水界面波的变形与管道倾角及两相速度有关,而易破坏程度与其波长和管道倾角均成正比,该结果对提高油水运移效率具有重要意义。 The transition of oil-water two phase flow in the tube from stratified flow to dispersed flow is known to be mainly caused by the change of interface wave form. However, the underlying mechanism of such transition is still unknown. Therefore, based stability condition on the amplitude of fluctuation, this paper adopted a sine wave model for the interface wave of oil-water two-phase stratified flow. According to the force balance, a computational model for of the external force in the flow direction of the interface wave is proposed.Then the critical prediction equation for the deformation and failure is given, from which the state of interfacial wave can be determined. Through numerical fitting, it is found that the deformation of the oil-water interface wave is related to the dip angle of the pipeline and the velocities of the two phases, and that the damage level is proportional to the wavelength and dip angle of the pipeline. The results are of great significance for improving oil and water transport efficiency.
