自拟方清脑降压汤对肝阳上亢型高血压患者疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of self-prescription Qingnaojiangya Decoction on hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver yang

目的探讨自拟方清脑降压汤对肝阳上亢型高血压患者的临床效果及血压控制水平。方法选择2017年6月—2020年6月本院收治的肝阳上亢型高血压患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用西药加用自拟方清脑降压汤治疗,均治疗2个月。比较两组中医证候积分、血压水平及药物安全性。结果经治疗,观察组主症积分为(1.28±0.52)、次症积分为(1.63±0.68),低于对照组的(2.45±0.87)、(3.02±1.13),收缩压为(122.32±7.39)mm Hg、舒张压为(78.54±4.79)mm Hg,均低于对照组的(135.45±9.21)mm Hg、(84.46±6.34)mm Hg,(t=7.829、7.148、7.542、5.053,P值均<0.01)。两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论肝阳上亢型高血压患者采用自拟方清脑降压汤配合西药治疗效果较好,利于改善患者症状,降低血压水平,治疗期间不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and blood pressure control level of Qingnaojiangya Decoction on patients with hypertension of hyperactivity of "liver Yang".Methods Totally 92 patients with "liver Yang" hyperactivity hypertension treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and based on this;the observation group was treated with Qingnaojiangya Decoction for 2 months.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,blood pressure level and drug safety were investigated and compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the average main symptom score [(1.28 ± 0.52) points] and secondary symptom score [(1.63 ± 0.68) points] in the observation group were lower than those [(2.45 ± 0.87) points and(3.02 ± 1.13) points] in the control group,and the systolic blood pressure [(122.32 ± 7.39) mm Hg] and diastolic blood pressure [(78.54 ± 4.79) mm Hg] in the observation group were lower than those [(135.45 ± 9.21) mm Hg and(84.46 ± 6.34) mm Hg] in the control group(t = 7.829,7.148,7.542,5.053,all P < 0.01).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion The self-prescription Qingnaojiangya Decoction combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of "liver Yang".It is conducive to improve patients’ symptoms and reduce blood pressure.There are fewer adverse reactions during treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
