环氧树脂液体胶粘剂耐高温性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 环氧树脂液体胶粘剂存在不耐高温的问题:以环氧树脂为基料,通过加入聚芳醚腈碳硼烷以及聚氨酯等三种不同的改性物质,制成三种不同类型的环氧树脂液体胶粘剂,并针对这三种胶粘剂,分析环氧树脂液体胶粘剂耐高温性能。结果表明:通过高温下热重测试,碳硼烷-环氧树脂胶粘剂的表观分解温度和温度指数最高,分别为850.3℃和23.54℃,均高于其他环氧树脂胶粘剂,其耐高温性能最好,其次是聚芳醚睛-环氧树脂胶粘剂,最后是聚氨酯-环氧树脂胶粘剂;从连接强度的角度,聚芳醚腈-环氧树脂胶粘剂在800℃时.连接强度为8.825MPa.无论是温度还是连接强度均高于其他胶粘剂,因此,聚芳醚腈-环氧树脂胶粘剂的耐高温性能最好。由此说明胶粘剂应用在实际环境中,耐高温性能与本身存在差异,这与粘接的试件材料、粘接工艺等各种因素有关,所以在选择胶粘剂时,应该根据具体应用场合进行针对性选择。 The epoxy resin liquid adhesive always has the problem of poor high temperature resistance.Therefore,three kinds of epoxy resin liquid adhesive are prepared with the epoxy resin as matrix by adding three kinds of modifying substances which are polyarylene ether nitrile,carborane and polyurethane respectively.And the high temperature resistance of prepared three kinds of adhesive are analyzed.The thermogravimetric test results show that the apparent decomposition temperature and temperature index of carborane modified epoxy resin adhesive is 850.3℃ and 23.54℃ respectively which are higher than that of other two kinds of epoxy resin adhesive.It is indicated that the carborane modified epoxy resin adhesive has the best high temperature resistance,followed hv polyarylene ether nitrile modified epoxy resin adhesive anti polyurethane modified epoxy resin adhesive.The bonding strength of polyaryl ether nitrile modified epoxy resin adhesive at 800℃ is 8.825MPa,both the temperature and the bonding strength are higher than that of other two kinds of adhesive,therefore the polyaiyl ether nitrile epoxy resin adhesive has the best high temperature resistance.It is concluded that when the adhesive is applied in the actual environment,the high temperature resistance will be different from itself,which is related to various factors such as bonding specimen material and bonding process.Therefore the selection of adhesive should be according to the specific application.
