摘要
优选α,ω-二甲氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶(下称107胶),以纳米碳酸钙粉体补强,通过对交联剂、催化剂硅烷偶联剂等功能助剂选型和用量研究,制备出满足照明设备密封、高强度的有机硅密封胶。试验过程分析107胶的黏度、硅烷偶联剂牌号、交联剂与纳米碳酸钙添加量对有机硅密封胶力学粘接强度、施工硫化速率和贮存稳定性的影响。试验结果发现,当选用100份黏度为8000mPa·s的107胶,120份填料纳米碳酸钙补强、4份交联剂,以牌号LT-50为硅烷偶联剂,以此配方研制得的有机硅密封胶粘接、力学性能最佳,具有优异的储存性能和施工性能,能够满足照明装饰快速密封与粘接需求。
Theα,ω-dimethoxy polydimethylsiloxane is preferably selected as the base glue(hereinafter referred to as 107 glue),the nano calcium carbonate powder is used for reinforcement,then a high-strength silicone sealant which satisfies the sealing of lighting equipment is prepared through the study on the selection and dosage of additives such as crosslinking agent,catalyst,silane coupling agent,etc.The effects of viscosity of 107 glue,silane coupling agent brand,amounts of crosslinking agent and nano calcium carbonate on the mechanical bonding strength,construction vulcanization rate and storage stability of silicone sealant are analyzed during the test process.The test results show that when 100 parts of 107 glue with a viscosity of 80000mPa·s,120 parts of filler nano-calcium carbonate,4 parts of crosslinking agent and the silane coupling agent with a brand of LT-550 are selected as raw materials,the prepared silicone sealant has the best bonding and mechanical properties,excellent storage and constmction performance,which can meet the rapid sealing and bonding needs of lighting decoration.
