QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定玉米粉中22种农药残留

The Determination of 22 Kinds of Pesticide Residues in Corn Flour by QuEChERS Ultra-performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 对玉米栽种过程中常用的22种隐性农药、禁限用农药和植物生长调节剂等在玉米粉中的残留进行分析测定,使用乙腈溶液对样品进行萃取,利用QuEChERS方法对样品进行净化处理,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)对处理后的玉米粉样品中所提的农药残留进行分析检测。对测试过程中实验仪器和萃取溶剂等因素对实验的影响进行了讨论.该方法相对简便,且实验结果表明,结果可靠稳定,偏差小,在50~200ug/L浓度范围内,标准曲线呈良好的线性关系且相关系数均高于0.99。利用此方法可实现对玉米粉中农药残留的稳定检测和分析。 The residues of 22 kinds of hidden pesticides,prohibited and restricted pesticides and plant growth regulators commonly used in com planting process are analyzed and determined in com flour.The samples are extracted with acetonitrile solution,purified with QuEChERS method,and the pesticide residues extracted from the treated com flour samples are analyzed and detected with ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The influencing factors such as experimental apparatus and extraction solvents on the experiments during the test process is discussed,the method is relatively simple,and the experiment shows that the results are reliable and stable with small deviations,the standard curves exhibit good linear relationship and the correlation coefficients are all higher than 0.99 when the concentration range is from 50 to 200μg/L.The stable detection and analysis of pesticide residues in com flour can be achieved with this method.
