七台河地区低热值煤矸石理化特性及燃烧特性分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Physical and Chemical Properties and Combustion Characteristics of Low-calorific Value Coal Gangue in Qitaihe Area

摘要 采集七台河市勃利县的低热值煤矸石样品进行理化特征分析.并且利用热重法分析了该地区不同粒径低热值煤矸石的着火及燃尽特性。结果表明,该地区煤矸石矿物组成以石英为主,对水体环境危害较大的有害物质氟化铍含量相对较高。化学成分主要为SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3),含量占比分别约为49.78%~66.75%和13.53%~21.06%,FeO_(3)含量约为1.91%-3.07%,含硫量约为0.10%~0.18%,属于铝硅型低硫煤矸石。该地区低热值煤矸石的燃烧分为三个阶段。1mm以下煤矸石样品均是较易稳定着火的。随着煤矸石粒径增大,燃烧结束时样品残留量增加,燃尽时间增加,着火温度逐渐升高,达到最大燃烧速率时的温度也随之升高,而最大燃烧速率有所下降。 The samples of low calorific value coal gangue from Boli County,Qitaihe City are collected for physical and chemical characteristics analysis,and the ignition and burnout characteristics of different particle sizes of low calorific value coal gangue in this area are analyzed by thermo-gravimetric method.The results show that the mineral composition of coal gangue in this area is dominated by quartz.The content of beryllium fluoride is relatively high,which is harmful to the water environment.The chemical components are mainly SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3),which accounts for 49.78%~66.75%and 13.53%~21.06%respectively,and the content of Fe_(2)O_(3)is about 1.91%~3.07%.The sulfur content is about 0.10%~0.18%.And it is indicted that this coal gangue belongs to the aluminum-silicon type low-sulfur coal gangue.The combustion of low calorific value coal gangue in this area is divided into three stages.The coal gangue samples below 1mm are relatively easy to stably ignite.With the increase of coal gangue particle size,the residual amount of the sample at the end of combustion increases,the burnout time increases,the ignition temperature gradually increases,and the temperature at the maximum combustion rate also increases,while the maximum combustion rate decreases.
