摘要
为了探究柔性纤维织布的抗爆性能,试验研究了织布在爆炸冲击载荷下的响应与失效行为。对芳纶纤维、碳纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维3种单一纤维织布进行了爆炸冲击试验,并与3种织布的混杂层叠形式进行了对比。进一步对不同厚度混杂织布的抗爆能力进行了评估。结果表明:织布在爆炸冲击载荷下主要表现为破孔、织布撕裂、纱线拉脱和烧蚀等失效模式;相同厚度下,混杂织布和芳纶织布对超压的衰减能力优于超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织布和碳纤维织布;碳纤维织布不适合单独作为抗爆材料,超高分子量聚乙烯纤维织布受温度影响较大,不适合作为迎爆面。
In order to study the anti-blast performance of flexible fabric,the response and failure behavior of fabric under blast impact were analyzed by tests.The blast tests of aramid fabric,carbon fabric and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fabric were carried out,and the results were compared with hybrid fabrics.Furthermore,the blast resistance ability of hybrid fabrics with different thickness was evaluated.The results show that the main failure modes of fabric are perforation,tear,yarn pull-off,and burn.The results show that the overpressure attenuation capacity of hybrid fabrics and aramid fabrics is better than that of UHMWPE fiber fabrics and carbon fiber fabrics when the thickness is the same.Carbon fiber fabric is not suitable to be used as anti-blast material alone and UHMWPE fabric is not suitable for front-face because of the influence of high temperature.
