复方中药制剂对母猪生产性能补血和乳汁改善的影响

The Effect of Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations on the Performance,Blood Enrichment and Milk Improvement of Sows

为了探讨复方中药制剂对母猪生产性能、补血和乳汁改善的影响,笔者选取产期和胎次(2-3胎)相近的健康长白母猪18头,随机分成1个对照组及2个复方中药制剂组(不同中药配比),均为单栏饲养。每组6个重复。进行为期28 d的试验。试验期间记录母猪日采食量、增重量、泌乳量等生产性能指标,以及仔猪窝增重、断奶增重等生长性能指标。于母猪分娩当天12h内和分娩第10天、第21天分别采集耳缘静脉血进行血红蛋白含量检测。于母猪初次泌乳及第14天采集乳汁进行乳计成分分析。结果表明:①复方中草药制剂组的总采食量、日均采食量及泌乳总量指标均高于对照组,且与对照组呈现显著差异(P<0.05)。②复方中药制剂组的窝均增重及头增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但2个试验组之间无显著差异:在仔猪腹泻率与死亡率上均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。③2个复方中药制制试验组的血红蛋白含量均呈增长趋势。而对照组的血红蛋白含量随哺乳期的增加而快速减少,试验组对照组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。④3个组的乳蛋白含量均呈现下降趋势,2个复方中药制剂组的降低率显著低于对照组(P<0.05):2个复方中药制剂组在乳糖含量和乳脂含量指标上,增长率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。以上结果说明。复方中药制剂可以促进母猪的采食量及提高其生产性能。同时显著提高仔猪生长性能和成活率。

The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of compound Chinese medicine preparations on the performance,blood enrichment and milk improvement of sows.In the experiment,18 healthy Landrace sows with similar fetal period and parity(2-3 litters)were selected and randomly divided into 1 control group and 2 compound Chinese herb preparation groups(different Chinese medicine ratios),all of which were raised in single pens.There are 6 replicates in each group,and a 28-day trial is carried out.During the test,record the daily feed intake,weight gain,lactation performance and growth performance of the sow and the growth performance of the piglet litter and weaning;within 12 hours of the day of farrowing and on the 10th and 21st day of farrowing d Collect ear-marginal venous blood for detection of hemoglobin content;collect milk from sows for the first lactation and the 14th day for analysis of milk components.The results showed that:①The total feed intake,average daily feed intake and total lactation index of the compound Chinese herbal preparation group were higher than those of the control group,and were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).②The compound Chinese medicine preparation group The average weight gain and head weight gain of the litter were higher than those of the control group and showed significant differences(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two experimental groups;the piglet diarrhea rate and mortality were lower than the control group,showing Significant difference(P<0.05).③The hemoglobin content of the two compound Chinese medicine preparation test groups showed an increasing trend,while the hemoglobin content of the control group decreased rapidly with the increase of lactation,and there was a significant difference between the test group and the control group(P<0.05).④The milk protein content indicators of the 3 groups all showed a downward trend.The reduction rate of the 2 compound Chinese medicine preparation groups was slightly lower than that of the control group,showing a significant difference(P<0.05);2 compound Chinese medicine preparation groups In terms of lactose content and milk fat content,the growth rate was higher than that of the control group and both showed significant differences(P<0.05).In summary,the compound Chinese medicine preparation can promote the feed intake of sows and improve their production performance,and at the same time significantly improve the growth performance and survival rate of piglets.
