职业院校在校生规模与国民经济发展之间的系统耦合样态分析

System Coupling Analysis between the Scale of Students in Vocational Colleges and the Development of National Economy

随着改革开放的深入和职业教育规模的扩大,人均GDP与职业院校在校生规模发展之间是否存在关系是学界研究的热点。对两者之间系统耦合进行样态分析的目的在于探索社会经济发展与职业院校发展的相互关系,厘清两者内在变化过程,对定位职业院校在国民教育体系中的角色具有重要意义。通过构建人均GDP与职业院校在校生规模耦合协调度模型和耦合度模型,定量分析改革开放40年间人均GDP与职业院校在校生规模的综合指数变化、耦合协调状态及耦合度演变趋势。在此基础上,提出职业院校在校生规模与国民经济发展之间已从"系统协调"到"严重失调"、要从"多维对接"到"立体链接"、须从"满足需求"向"服务大局"转变。

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the expansion of the scale of vocational education,whether there is a relationship between per capita GDP and the scale of students in vocational colleges is a hot topic in academic research.The purpose of analysing the systematic coupling between the two is to explore the relationship between social economic development and the development of vocational colleges,and to clarify the internal change process of the two,which is of great significance for positioning the role of vocational colleges in the national education system.By constructing the coupling coordination degree model and coupling degree model of per capita GDP and the scale of vocational college students,quantitative analysis of the comprehensive index changes,coupling coordination status and evolution trend of coupling degree between per capita GDP and the scale of vocational college students during the 40 years of reform and opening up.On this basis,it is proposed that the scale of vocational college students and the development of the national economy has changed from“system coordination”to“serious imbalance”,from“multi-dimensional docking”to“threedimensional link”,and it is necessary to change from“multi-dimensional docking”to“three-dimensional link”,and from“meeting demand”to“serving the overall situation”.
