摘要
职教师范教育是专业教育与师范教育的结合,既要体现专业学习和职教教师职业的要求,也要体现未来职教师资"双师型"教师的能力要求。但是,职教师范教育中种种游离的现状制约了职教师范生的培养质量。提高职教师范生的培养质量,要打造一种能够让职教师范生乐于参与、全面发展的培养要求与整合式教学手段高度协调、专业学习与师范学习高度统一的沉浸式学习环境,使职教师范生能够全身心地投入学习。
The vocational normal education is a combination of professional education and teacher education.It should not only reflect the professional learning and vocational requirements of vocational teachers,but also reflect the ability requirements of future vocational teachers of“dual-qualified”teachers.However,the current situation of various dissociation in vocational teacher training restricts the quality of vocational teacher training.In order to improve the quality of training of vocational teachers and students,it is necessary to create an immersive learning environment that teachers and students be willing to participate,the training requirements for all-round development are highly coordinated with integrated teaching methods,professional learning and teacher training are highly unified,which allows vocational teachers and students to participate and develop in an all-round way.
