摘要
为了探究影响研究生创新产出的因素,找到提高研究生创新产出水平和质量的方式或途径,研究以IEO模型为基础,在分析研究生创新储备、创新产出的整体水平及他们对创新环境的整体评价基础上,采用多元线性回归模型研究创新储备、创新环境对研究生创新产出的影响。研究发现,研究生的创新储备整体良好,对创新环境整体较为满意,但创新产出水平相对较低;研究生的创新储备会显著影响其创新产出,社会环境显著负向影响研究生的创新产出,学校环境显著正向影响研究生的创新产出,但整体的创新环境并不会显著影响研究生的创新产出。
In order to explore the factors affecting graduate innovation output and find ways to improve the level and quality of graduate innovation output,based on IEO model,this study analyzes the overall level of graduate innovation reserve,innovation output and their overall evaluation of innovation environment.Multiple linear regression model is used to study the impact of innovation reserve and innovation environment on graduate innovation output.It is found that the overall innovation reserve of graduate students is good and they are satisfied with the innovation environment,but the innovation output level is relatively low.In addition,the innovation reserve of graduate students has a significant impact on their innovation output,social environment has a significant negative impact on graduate students' innovation output,school environment has a significant positive impact on graduate students' innovation output,but the overall innovation environment does not have a significant impact on graduate students' innovation output.
