摘要
在“双一流”建设的战略背景下,河南省高等医学院校在师资队伍规模、结构、激励机制以及人才引育政策等方面存在许多矛盾和问题,严重干扰和阻碍了师资队伍建设、人才培养目标的实现及社会需求的满足,同样影响建设教育强国战略任务的推进,应该通过牢固树立人才优先发展理念,推进人才需求为导向的制度变革,加大高层次人才引进力度,构建多元发展为导向的人才成长体系,建立突出分类、以整体发展为导向的评价与薪酬体系,优化人才成长环境等措施,以加强高等医学院校师资队伍建设水平。
Under the strategic background of "double first-class" construction,there are many contradictions and problems in the size,structure,incentive mechanism and talent introduction and education policy of medical colleges and universities in Henan Province,which seriously interferes with and hinders the construction of teaching staff,the realization of talent training goals and the satisfaction of social needs.It also affects the promotion of the strategic task of "building a powerful country in education".We should firmly establish the concept of giving priority to talent development,promote the system reform oriented by talent demand,increase the introduction of high-level talents,and build a multi-development-oriented talent growth system,establish the evaluation and salary system with outstanding classification and overall development orientation,and optimize the environment for talent growth.
