近十年我国幼儿进餐教育研究发展论述

Discussion on the Research and Development of Infant Dining Education in Recent Ten Years in China

在一日生活皆课程的理念下,幼儿进餐教育成了幼儿教育中不可或缺的重要内容。近十年我国幼儿进餐教育研究内容主要集中于幼儿进餐行为和习惯、自主进餐、进餐活动中的教师指导三个方面。已有研究还存在研究内容较为片面、研究对象覆盖面不广、研究方法单一等问题。在未来的研究中,应充分挖掘进餐教育中的教育要素;扩展研究对象,进行差异性、比较性研究;深化理论研究,加强实证研究。

Under the concept that one-day life is a curriculum,preschool meal education has become an indispensable and important content of preschool education.The current research status of preschool meal education in my country is combed to provide a reliable theoretical and practical basis for preschool meal education.Through combing through the literature of children's meal education in my country in the past ten years,it is found that the research content of children's meal education mainly focuses on three aspects of children's eating behavior and eating habits,children's autonomous eating,and teacher guidance behavior in eating activities.The main problems in the existing research are:the research content is relatively one-sided,lack of excavation of educational elements;the coverage of research objects is not wide,the research sampling lacks representativeness;the research method is single,and the experimental verification research is lacking.In future research,researchers should improve the quality of research and fully explore the educational elements in meal education;expand the research objects,conduct differences and comparative research;deepen theoretical research and strengthen empirical research.
