TiO_(2)纳米片负载Pt催化糠醛加氢性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)为钛先驱物,利用溶剂热法合成片状TiO_(2),通过微波辅助乙二醇还原将Pt粒子负载于片状TiO_(2)上,得到Pt/TiO_(2)催化剂。通过XRD和TEM手段对催化剂进行表征,以糠醛加氢制备糠醇为模型反应考察了Pt/TiO_(2)催化糠醛加氢性能。实验表明,片状Pt/TiO_(2)催化剂具有较好的催化糠醛加氢制备糠醇性能,并且考察了H_(2)压力、温度和反应时间对催化性能的影响。 TiO_(2) nanosheets were prepared by solvothermal method using tetrabutyl titanate(TBOT)as precursor.Pt/TiO_(2) catalysts was further fabricated via microwave-assisted ethylene glycol reduction method.Characterization of Pt/TiO_(2) were carried out by XRD and TEM analysis.Furfural hydrogenation to furfural alcohol as a model reaction was investigated under catalysis of Pt/TiO_(2).The experimental results revealed that Pt/TiO_(2) catalyst exhibit good catalytic performance on furfural hydrogenation.Moreover,the effects of H_(2) pressure,temperature and reaction time on catalytic performance were investigated.
