摘要
本文介绍了GB 55016—2021《建筑环境通用规范》编制背景、原则及思路,详细介绍了规范主要内容及框架结构,重点对规范关键指标及技术要点进行了解读和分析,对比了主要性能指标提升情况,以及与国外先进标准规范的比对情况。规范实现了对建筑环境工程建设全过程的闭环控制,促进了建筑环境水平的提升,推动了相关行业的技术进步和发展。
This paper elaborates on the background, principles and ideas of the compilation of GB 55016-2021 General code for building environment, gives a detailed introduction of the main content and framework of the code, interprets and analyzes the key indicators and technical points of the code, compares the improvement of main performance indicators, and compares the current code with foreign advanced standards and specifications. The code realizes the closed-loop control of the whole process of building environment engineering construction, promotes the improvement of the building environment, and boosts the technological advancement of related industries.
