摘要
滨水地区是住区建设热点区域之一,提高寒冷地区滨水住区室外空间的人体环境舒适感是设计者需要重点考虑的内容。本文以天津天嘉湖住区设计方案为例,分析寒冷地区滨水住区微气候适宜空间模式,根据与水域的关系将住区场地划分成“湾”式组团、“岛”式组团和“岸”式组团,通过软件模拟3种组团的微气候,按照计算得出的人体舒适度参数值提出3种对应的适宜空间布局模式:“湾”式组团采用环状梯度布局,“岛”式组团采用指状围合布局,“岸”式组团采用带状渗透布局。
Waterfront area is one of the hot spots in residential constructions, but there remains a lack of targeted research on how to improve the body comfort in outdoor space in waterfront residential areas of cold region. Taking the design scheme of Tianjiahu residential area in Tianjin as an example, this paper analyzed the comfortable spatial pattern of microclimate in waterfront residential areas of cold region, and divided the residential area into “Bay” group, “Island” group and “Shore” groups according to its relationship with water. Through the software simulation of the three groups’ microclimate, three kinds of comfortable spatial layout patterns were put forward according to the body comfort parameters: “Bay” group adopted ringlike gradient layout;“Island” group adopted the fingerlike enclosing layout and “Shore” group adopted the banded penetrative layout.
