空气净化器净化性能测试方法综述 被引量:1

Review of Test Methods for Cleaning Performance of Air Cleaner

摘要 近年来,室内空气质量引起人们的广泛重视,空气净化器作为去除室内空气污染物的有效产品,逐渐进入万众家庭,而产品对污染空气的净化能力,成为消费者普遍关注的热点问题。本文调研了中国、美国、日本、韩国、加拿大等国家发布的空气净化器性能测试方法标准或技术文件,梳理总结出净化性能相关的测试方法,对评价内容和评价参数进行了比对。从科学性、一致性、实用性等角度出发,对颗粒物去除、化学污染物去除、微生物(病毒和细菌)去除、副产物评价四类测试方法及相关的评价参数,如“洁净空气量”“累积净化量”“去除率”等进行了深入的研究和比对分析,对各类测试方法的关键技术和发展方向进行了展望,分析结果将为相关测试方法及标准的制定提供借鉴。 In recent years, indoor air quality has attracted people’s attention. As an effective product to remove the pollutants in indoor air, air cleaner has gradually become a common device in people’s homes, while the cleaning capacity of the product has become a hot topic among the consumers. This paper investigates the test methods of air cleaners’ cleaning performance or the technical documents published by China, the United States, Japan, South Korea and Canada, summarizes the test methods of cleaning performance, and compares the evaluation contents and evaluation metrics. From the perspectives of science, consistency, and practicability, the four types of test methods for evaluating the particle contaminants removal performance, chemical contaminants removal performance, microorganism(bacteria and virus) removal performance, by-product evaluation and their related metrics, such as “clean air delivery rate” “cumulated cleaning mass” are deeply investigated and compared. The analysis results will provide reference for the development of relevant test methods and standards.
