摘要
糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是DM慢性并发症之一,需有效治疗手段促进创面愈合,减少不良事件发生。DFU患者因创面组织血管生成受损、炎症反应异常、成纤维细胞及角质形成细胞的迁移增殖改变等,严重影响创面愈合。miRNA在生物体内表达高度保守稳定,是调节多种生物学过程的核心因子,可靶向调控影响DFU愈合的多种基因及信号转导分子表达。通过多种治疗方式调节相应miRNA表达,可能成为促进DFU愈合的有效治疗方法。
Diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is one of the chronic complications of diabetes. Effective treatments are needed to promote wound healing and reduce the occurrence of adverse events. Damaged angiogenesis,abnormal inflammatory response,migration and proliferation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes in the wound seriously affect healing in DFU patients. The expression of microribonucleic acid (miRNA) is highly conserved and stable in organisms. It is a core factor that regulates a variety of biological processes. It can target and regulate the expression of a variety of genes and signal transduction molecules that affect DFU healing. Regulating the expression of corresponding miRNA through a variety of treatment methods may become an effective treatment in promoting DFU healing.
