肝复方对脾虚肝癌模型小鼠的保护作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究肝复方对脾虚肝癌模型小鼠的保护作用。方法:将24只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、益生菌组、肝复方组,每组各6只。正常组、模型组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃,益生菌组与肝复方组分别给予益生菌和肝复方灌胃。14d后处死小鼠,检测血清肝功能指标,HE染色观察小鼠肝组织病理学变化,检测实体瘤重量,ELISA检测小鼠血液中甲胎蛋白(AFP)和血浆内毒素(LPS)含量。结果:肝组织病理结果显示,正常组肝细胞结构正常;模型组肝细胞结构紊乱,有炎症浸润;益生菌组和肝复方组炎症浸润减轻,肝细胞结构较模型组改善明显。与模型组、益生菌组比较,肝复方组瘤体重量及丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶含量均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝复方组和益生菌组AFP、LPS含量与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且肝复方组AFP、LPS含量低于益生菌组,但2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肝复方对脾虚肝癌小鼠的肝功能、肝组织有保护作用,为脾虚肝癌的临床治疗提供了理论依据。 Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Ganfufang on a mouse model of liver cancer with spleen deficiency.Methods: A total of 24 mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, probiotics group, and Ganfufang group, with 6 mice in each group.The mice in the normal group and the model group were given 0.9% sodium chloride injection by gavage, and those in the probiotics group and the Ganfufang group were given probiotics and Ganfufang, respectively, by gavage.The mice were sacrificed after 14 days, and serum liver function parameters were measured.HE staining was used to observe liver histopathological changes, solid tumor weight was measured, and ELISA was used to measure the content of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) in blood and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in plasma.Results: Liver pathology showed normal hepatocyte structure in the normal group, disordered structure of hepatocytes and inflammatory cell infiltration in the model group, and alleviated inflammatory cell infiltration and in the probiotics group and the Ganfufang group, with a significant improvement in hepatocyte structure compared with the model group.Compared with the model group and the probiotics group, the Ganfufang group had significant reductions in tumor weight and the content of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the content of AFP and LPS between the Ganfufang/probiotics groups and the model group(P<0.05),and the Ganfufang group had lower levels of AFP and LPS than the probiotics group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Ganfufang has a protective effect on liver function and liver tissue of mice with liver cancer and spleen deficiency, which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of liver cancer with spleen deficiency.
