广州大学城2020年白纹伊蚊幼虫及成蚊抗药性调查 被引量:4

IInvestigation of drug resistance of larvae and adult mosquitoes of dengue vector Aedes albopictus in Guangzhou University City, 2020

摘要 目的了解广州大学城登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫及成蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为制定针对性防控策略提供参考。方法分别在广州大学城一期和二期校区采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室条件下繁殖一代,分别采用幼虫浸渍法和成蚊接触筒药膜滤纸接触法对4类4种幼虫药物和4类9种成蚊药物进行敏感性测定,并运用SPSS25.0进行统计学分析。结果白纹伊蚊幼虫对4种杀虫剂LC_(50)为4.51×10^(-5)~5.519 mg/L,抗性倍数1.01~8.62,最高为大学城一期校区幼虫对双硫磷,最低为大学城二期校区幼虫对Bti。一期校区幼虫对双硫磷、残杀威和吡丙醚均为低抗,对Bti为敏感。二期校区幼虫对双硫磷、残杀威均低抗,对吡丙醚、Bti均为敏感。白纹伊蚊成蚊对4类10种杀虫剂中的3类8种存在抗性或可疑抗性,试虫死亡率2.2%~100.0%;一期校区成蚊对2.0%毒死蜱、0.2%噁虫威和0.5%马拉硫磷为敏感种群,对0.05%残杀威和0.2%杀螟硫磷为可疑抗性种群,对0.4%高效氯氰菊酯、0.08%高效氯氟氰菊酯、0.07%高效氯氟氰菊酯、0.03%溴氰菊酯和0.4%氯菊酯均为抗性种群。二期校区成蚊对0.2%毒死蜱、0.2%噁虫威和0.05%残杀威为敏感种群,对0.5%马拉硫磷、0.2%杀螟硫磷和0.4%高效氯氰菊酯为可疑抗性种群,对0.08%高效氯氟氰菊酯、0.07%高效氯氟氰菊酯、0.03%溴氰菊酯和0.4%氯菊酯均为抗性种群。结论广州大学城白纹伊蚊幼虫及成蚊对多种常用杀虫剂存在抗药性,应参照抗药性检测结果,使用敏感药物提高灭蚊效果。 ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of resistance of the larvae and adult mosquitoes of the dengue vector Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in Guangzhou University City,and to provide reference for the formulation of targeted prevention and control strategies.MethodsThe larvae of the Aedes albopictus mosquito were collected in the first and second sections of Guangzhou University City,respectively,in laboratory conditions to breed a generation,respectively,the use of larvae impregnation method and adult mosquito contact tube membrane filter paper contact method for 4types of 4 kinds of larvae drugs and 4 types of 10 kinds of adult mosquito drugs sensitivity determination,and the use of SPSS25.0 for statistical analysis.ResultsThe LC_(50)of the Aedes albopictus larvae on 4 insecticides was 4.51×10^(-5)to 5.519 mg/L,and the resistance multiple was 1.01 to 8.62,the highest was the Aedes albopictus larvae from first section university city(Hereinafter referred to as the first section’s larvae) to Abat,the lowest was the Aedes albopictus larvae from the second section university city (Hereinafter referred to as the second section’s larvae) to Bti.The first section’s larvae were low resistance to Abat,Propoxur and Pyriproxyfen,and are sensitive to Bti.The second sections’s larvae were low resistance to Abat and Propoxur,and were sensitive to Pyriproxyfen and Bti.The Aedes albopictus was resistant to 3 types (8 species) of the 4 types (10species) of insecticides tested,with a test adult mosquitoes mortality rate of 2.0%to 100.0%.The first section’s adult mosquitoes to 2.0%Chlorpyrifos,0.2%Bendiocarb,0.5%Malathion as sensitive populations,and 0.05%Propoxur and 0.2%Fenitrothion as suspected resistance populations,0.4%Beta eyper-methrrin,0.08%Beta cyhalothrin,0.07%Beta cyhalothrin,0.03%Deltamethrin and 0.4%Pemethrin were all resistant populations.The second section’s adult mosquitoes to 0.2%Chlorpyrifos,0.2%Bendiocarb,0.05%Propoxur as sensitive populations,and 0.5%Malathion,0.2%Fenitrothion,0.4%Beta eyper-methrrin were suspectedly resistant populations,and 0.08%Beta cyhalothrin,0.07%Beta cyhalothrin,0.03%Deltamethrin and 0.4%Pemethrin were all resistant populations.ConclusionsThe Aedes albopictus larvae and adult mosquitoes in Guangzhou University City were resistant to a variety of commonly used insecticides,and sensitive drugs should be used to improve the effectiveness of mosquito control by reference to the results of drug resistance testing.
