小梁切除术配合不同调节缝线治疗原发性开角型青光眼的效果比较

Comparison of effects of trabeculectomy combined with different adjustable sutures in treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma

目的分析小梁切除术配合不同调节缝线治疗原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的效果。方法抽取2019年7月至2021年7月于许昌市中心医院就诊的60例POAG患者,按随机数字表法分为部分组与全部组,每组30例。部分组予以小梁切除术配合部分调节缝线治疗,全部组予以小梁切除术配合全调节缝线治疗。结果部分组术后1、3、6个月眼压高于全部组(P<0.05);部分组并发症发生率高于全部组(P<0.05);部分组术后3、6个月功能性滤过泡保持率低于全部组(P<0.05);部分组术后1、3个月用药种类多于全部组(P<0.05)。结论POAG的治疗中,相较于小梁切除术配合部分调节缝线治疗方案,小梁切除术配合全调节缝线方案的并发症发生风险较低,该方案更有助于调节患者眼压水平,提升功能性滤过泡保持率,并减少术后用药种类。

Objective To analyze the effect of trabeculectomy combined with different adjustable sutures in the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG).Methods A total of 60 POAG patients treated in Xuchang Central Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were divided into partial group and all group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The partial group was treated with trabeculectomy combined with partial adjustable suture,and all group was treated with trabeculectomy combined with fully adjustable suture and trabeculectomy combined with full adjustment suture treatment.Results The intraocular pressure at 1,3,6 months after operation in partial group were higher than those in all group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in partial group were higher than those in all group(P<0.05);the retention rate of functional follicles in partial group at 3,6 months after operation were lower than those in all group(P<0.05);the types of drugs used in partial group at 1,3 months after operation were more lower than those in all group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of POAG,the risk of complications is lower in trabeculectomy combined with fully adjusted sutures compared with trabeculectomy combined with partially adjusted sutures.This program is more helpful in adjusting the patient's intraocular pressure level and improving functional filtering bleb retention rate,and can reduce the types of postoperative medications.
