本土制造业企业如何在绿色创新中实现“华丽转型”?——基于注意力基础观的多案例研究

How can Local Manufacturing Enterprises Achieve Luxuriant Transformation in Green Innovation?A Multi-case Study Based on Attention-based View

在“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标以及绿色发展新时代背景下,制造业企业的绿色创新和转型升级成为重中之重。本研究基于注意力基础观的元理论框架,采用纵向多案例研究方法,选择4家典型的制造业企业,深度剖析制造业企业绿色转型演化过程“制度逻辑驱动→资源编排过程→绿色转型结果”的内在形成机制。研究结果发现:(1)制造业企业的绿色转型过程可以划分为传统发展期、绿色转向期和绿色转型期3个时序区间,且不同阶段的主导逻辑、资源编排方式和绿色创新行为特征存在显著差异;(2)不同制度逻辑和资源编排过程衍生出4种差异化的绿色转型模式:“产业链绿色集成模式”、“供应链绿色整合模式”、“多重响应绿色蝶变模式”和“隐形冠军绿色追赶模式”;(3)不同绿色转型模式通过调整注意力配置对象和注意力聚焦方向,可以通过“长视引领绿色跃迁路径”、“价值重构绿色跃迁路径”和“双重预见绿色跃迁路径”实现更高程度的绿色转型。综上,在理论上,本研究丰富了注意力基础观在绿色创新领域的应用研究;在实践层面,研究结论为“双碳”目标下我国制造业企业的绿色转型升级提供了有益的管理启示。

Under the national strategic goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutral"and the background of green development in the new era,green innovation,transformation,and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises have become the top priority.Based on the meta-theoretical framework of attention-based view,this study selects four typical enterprises to analyze the process mechanism and mode evolution of"institutional logic-resource orchestration process-green transformation",We find that:(i)the green transformation process of enterprises can be divided into three time series-traditional development period,green turning period and green transition period,which have significantly different dominant logic,resource orchestrations,and green behavior;(ii)different institutional logic and resource orchestration processes divide four differentiated green transformation modes,viz.,"green integration mode of industrial chain","green integration mode of supply chain","green butterfly model of multiple response",and"green catch-up mode of invisible champion";(iii)by adjusting the object and direction of attention focus,different modes of green transformation can realize deep green transformation through three paths,viz.,"green transition path of long-leading","green transition path of value reconstruction",and"green transition path of dual foresight".To sum up,this study expands the application research of institutional logic theory,resource arrangement theory,and attention-based view in the field of green innovation.Our conclusions provide important management implications for the green transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing enterprises under the goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality".
