数字技术如何构建供应链金融网络信任关系?

How Does Digital Technology Construct the Trust Relationship of Supply Chain Finance Network?

近些年来,伴随着"青岛港事件"、"诺亚财富踩雷事件"等众多金融事件的爆发,供应链金融中的信任危机成为产业发展的重要挑战,而数字技术被认为是解决这一问题的有效途径。本文从行动者网络理论视角出发,以普洛斯金融为研究对象,探讨了金融服务提供商构建供应链金融网络的过程以及数字网络构建中信任关系的形成。研究发现,供应链金融网络信任关系的构建是一个行动者冲突产生与化解的动态过程,并经历了洞察信任危机、动员信任主体、整合信任要素、构建信任体系4个阶段。此外,作为信任中介的金融服务提供商把握数字技术的使能机制是信任关系构建的核心环节,数字技术的使能主要表现为双层部署与实时连接、交叉验证与智慧决策、技术组合与模块开发、场景渗透与信息密度迭代。本文拓展了供应链金融场景下信任关系的研究,丰富了数字技术在网络信任构建中的作用机理。

In recent years,with the outbreak of many financial events such as"the Port of Qingdao Scandal"and"Noah Private Wealth Management Scandal",the trust crisis in supply chain finance has become an important challenge to industrial development,and digital technology is considered to be an effective way to solve this problem.From the perspective of actor network theory,taking GLP Finance as the research object,this paper discusses the process of building a supply chain financial network by financial service providers and the formation of trust relationship in the construction of a digital network.It is found that the construction of trust relationship in supply chain financial network is a dynamic process of actor conflict generation and resolution,and has experienced four stages:insight into trust crisis,mobilization of trust subjects,integration of trust elements,and construction of trust system.In addition,as trust intermediaries,how financial service providers grasp the enabling mechanism of digital technology is the core link of trust relationship construction.Digital technology mainly plays the role of double-layer deployment and real-time connection,cross verification and intelligent decisionmaking,technology combination and module development,scenario penetration,and information density iteration.This paper expands the research on the trust relationship in the context of supply chain finance and enriches the mechanism of digital technology in the construction of network trust.
