摘要
以皮纤维为载体,基于植物单宁的鞣制效应及其对KMnO_(4)的还原性,制备出一种负载活性MnO_(2)材料,并考察了其对水溶液中亚甲基蓝的去除效果。该材料保持了与固载植物单宁的皮纤维相同的热稳定性,在pH接近中性、温度30℃时,在100 mL浓度为10~20 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液中加入0.2 g的该材料,60 min内亚甲基蓝去除率可达98%;仅固载荆树皮单宁的皮纤维对亚甲基蓝去除率为28%。循环利用试验表明,5次重复使用过程中,其对亚甲基蓝的去除率基本保持不变。试验结果初步显示了所制备的新型材料在去除水体中结构稳定、难以降解的染料的优势和实用性。
An immobilized active manganese dioxide(MnO_(2))was produced based on the reduction of potassium permanganate by vegetable extract in hide fiber.The performance of removing methylene blue in water was investigated.The DSC results indicate that the material has the same thermal stability with the vegetable tanned hide fiber.The application results show that almost 98%of methylene blue in water could be removed within 60 min by this material at pH≈7 and 30℃for 100 mL methylene blue solution with concentration of 10~20 mg/L.By contrast,the removal extent by vegetable tanned hide fiber is as less as 28%.The 5 recycling tests presented that this material could keep the same removal extent for methylene blue.These investigations reveal the advantages of this immobilized MnO_(2)materials and the potential application prospect for removing pollutants of dyestuffs with stable structure and low degradability in water.
