摘要
水性聚氨酯(WPU)由于具有良好的力学性能、耐磨性、韧性和柔软回弹性等,被广泛应用于皮革加工生产中。但是,随着人们生活水平的提高及环保意识的增强,传统的WPU产品已经无法满足人们对成革质量、舒适性、新颖性和安全性方面的需求,开发与皮革配套的功能WPU成为近年来的研究热点。本综述对功能WPU高分子的最新进展进行了总结。通过对其构效关系的研究阐述了功能性WPU的作用机理;概述了功能性WPU在皮革制造中的最新应用;并展望了功能WPU在皮革领域的未来发展方向。
Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)is widely used in leather processing and production due to its good mechanical properties,wear resistance,toughness and soft resilience.However,with the improvement of people’s living standards and the enhancement of environmental protection awareness,traditional WPU products have been unable to meet people’s needs for the quality,comfort,novelty and safety of finished leather.The development of functional WPU that match leather has become research hot-spots in recent years.This review summarized the latest developments in functional WPU polymers.Through the study of its structure-activity relationship,the mechanism of functional WPU was explained,the latest application of functional WPU in leather manufacturing was outlined,and the future development direction of functional WPU in the leather field was prospected.
