皮革企业环保意识现状及法律监管研究

Environmental Protection Consciousness and Legal Supervision of Leather Enterprise

在环保理念盛行下,皮革企业环保问题正在被相关部门所关注。目前,国内外环保意识和环保相关法律监管存在差异,导致皮革企业进出口产品标准也呈现出一定差异。从现阶段皮革企业环保意识发展现状,以及皮革产品进出口受到法律监管制约角度出发,分析了当前皮革企业产品生产制造和加工受到环保意识的影响及企业环保意识的现状,并结合国内外相应的环保法律监管,以及在环保理念下的贸易保护主义,分析了皮革企业产品的法律制约和法律缺失问题。

Under the prevailing concept of environmental protection,the environmental protection of leather enterprises is being concerned by relevant departments.At present,there are differences in environmental protection awareness and environmental protection related legal supervision at home and abroad,resulting in certain differences in the import and export product standards of leather enterprises.From the perspective of the development status of environmental protection consciousness of leather enterprises at the present stage and the restriction of leather product import and export by legal supervision,the influence of environmental protection consciousness on product manufacturing and processing of leather enterprises and the current situation of enterprise environmental protection consciousness were analyzed.Combined with the corresponding environmental protection legal supervision at home and abroad and trade protectionism under the concept of environmental protection,the legal restriction and lack of law of leather enterprise products were summarized.
