摘要
采用种子乳液分阶段聚合半连续滴加单体的方法,制备出了具有软核硬壳结构的乳液聚合物。研究表明:丙烯酸乳液聚合的pH环境为6~7时,有利于乳液的存储稳定性;调整单体比例或增加交联剂可提高玻璃化温度Tg,改善与聚氨酯共混性能;延长引发剂滴加时间和核层保温2 h能减小凝胶率,形成典型的核壳结构;确定丙烯酸量为0.5 g,能改善膜的平整度和透明度,增加膜的附着力;通过在丙烯酸壳层引入4%亚磷酸二甲酯,以增加涂饰剂阻燃性的方式不合适;增加引发剂或硬性单体能加快蓝光时间;丙烯酸乳液聚合不存在"放大效应"。
A new emulsible polymer with hard core and soft shell structure was prepared by semi-continuous seeded emulsion monomer methods.Research shows that when acrylates emulsion polymerization’s pH environment is 6 to 7,it is conducive to the emulsion stability.Glass transition temperature Tg is enhanced and the performance of polyurethane blends is increased by adjusting the monomer proportion or increasing the crossing agent.The gelatin rate is reduced and the model nuclear-shell structure is formed with extending initiator’s instillment time and keeping core warm for two hour.The best composite conditions is that acrylic acid is added 0.5 g,it is helpful to improve the film smoothness and the film transparency,as well as increase the film adhesive force.It is inappropriat to increase the performance of fire-retardant coating by adding four percent of di-methyl phosphate to acrylates shell.Increasing the initiator or the hard monomer can speed up the blue light time.The acrylates emulsion polymerization doesn’t have the scale-up effect.
