介绍了我国人造革合成革行业的发展现状,针对不同原料、不同生产工艺的人造革合成革,分别梳理分析了人造革合成革的生产工艺流程、废气污染物的类型、不同废气污染物的产生环节及其特征。分析了不同类型人造革合成革废气的污染治理技术现状,从原辅料使用、废气收集和末端治理等方面分析了人造革合成革行业在废气污染防治方面存在的问题,从源头替代、加强过程控制和完善末端治理等方面提出人造革合成革行业在废气污染防治方面的对策建议。

The development status of artificial leather and synthetic leather industry in China was introduced.According to different raw materials and different production processes of artificial leather and synthetic leather,production process of artificial leather and synthetic leather,the types,production units and characteristics of air pollutants were analyzed,and the current situation of pollution control technology of different types of artificial leather and synthetic leather air pollutants were analyzed.The existing problems of air pollution prevention and control in artificial leather and synthetic leather industry were analyzed from the aspects of raw material use,waste gas collection and end treatment.The countermeasures and suggestions of air pollution control artificial leather and synthetic leather were put forward from the aspects of source substitution,strengthening process control and improving end treatment.
