摘要
本文通过对几种涂料填料和功能颜料的筛选,考察了不同颜填料品种和比例对节能涂料节能效果的影响。结合各项性能确定较优配方,显著提高了节能涂层的反射比和半球发射率,在阳光直射下大大降低被涂覆物体的表面温度。可用于在建筑、储罐、机械设备、管路、集装箱等领域。
Through the screening of several coating fillers and functional pigments, this paper investigates the influence of different types and proportions of pigments and fillers on the energy-saving effect of energy-saving coating, determines the optimal formula, which significantly improves the reflectance and hemispherical emissivity of energy-saving coating, and greatly reduces the surface temperature of coated objects under direct sunlight.It can be used in buildings, storage tanks, mechanical equipment pipeline, container and other fields.
