The traditional maintenance strategy of hydropower stations in Brazil and existing problems such as rough management and untimely maintenance are analyzed.Considering the local Brazil management culture and habits,the good management experience from hydropower stations in China are integrated and the maintenance strategy is renovated.With the innovation,the original management and maintenance system is supplemented and optimized,and the operation and maintenance management level of the power stations is improved.Satisfactory results are achieved.The practice provides useful experience for Chinese energy enterprises to carry out the operation and management of overseas power stations.
