摘要 某水电站1号机组运行过程中,突然发生振动,推力油槽油色变深。通过检查分析,确定为绝缘垫片刮削工艺控制不良导致。因正值汛期,为减少电站弃水,缩小检修范围,适当降低两只已脱落内侧限位块高度并焊接牢固,更换绝缘垫片,详细检查上导、下导、水导三部轴承及支承结构,重新盘车调整轴线。通过机组恢复运行,经不同工况及甩负荷试验,机组各项数据正常。 During the operation of the No.1 unit in a hydropower station,sudden vibration of the unit is observed and the oil in the thrust oil tank becomes darker.Inspection and analysis show that the problem is caused by the improper skiving process control of insulation spacers.In order to reduce the waste water of the power station in the flood season and narrow the scope of the maintenance work,treatment measures are carried out timely,including the proper reduction of the height of the two fallen inner limit blocks and the firm welding,replacement of the insulation spacers,inspection of the upper guide bearing,lower guide bearing and water guide bearing and their supporting structures,and the adjustment of the axis with gear turning.After the treatment,all data of the unit are normal in different working conditions and load shedding test.
