摘要
目的:探讨微波联合低周波对治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效以及对患者睡眠的影响。方法:选取2010年8月至2021年4月漳州市中医院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予牵引治疗,观察组给予微波联合低周波治疗,6 d为1个疗程,2组均治疗观察4个疗程。比较2组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)、颈椎伸展活动度、睡眠质量以及治疗总有效率。结果:1)治疗前,2组的VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)治疗前,颈椎伸展活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的颈椎伸展活动度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)治疗前,2组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的睡眠质量改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4)疗程结束后,观察组的治疗显效率为94.9%,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微波联合低周波治疗神经根型颈椎病患者疗效显著,能够明显地缓解患者的疼痛,改善患者的睡眠,是临床上治疗神经根型颈椎病的良好选择。
Objective:To investigate the effect of microwave combined with low frequency on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and the effect on sleep of patients.Methods:A total of 78 patients with cervical spondylosis of radiculopathy admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2010 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given traction therapy,the observation group was given microwave combined with low frequency therapy,taking 6 days as a course of treatment,and both groups were treated and observed for 4 courses of treatment.The visual analog scale(VAS),cervical spine extension activity,sleep quality and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cervical spine extension activity(P>0.05),and after treatment,the cervical spine extension activity in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the improvement of sleep quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4)After the course of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was 94.9%,which was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microwave combined with low-frequency wave has a significant effect on patients with cervical radiculopathy,which can significantly relieve pain and improve the sleep of patients.It is a good choice for clinical treatment of cervical radiculopathy.
