肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量与生命质量相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Sleep Quality and Life Quality in Lung Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探究肺癌化疗患者的睡眠质量和生命质量之间的相关性。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年3月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院肿瘤内科收治的化疗患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组患者给予常规诊疗及护理,观察组患者除了常规诊疗及护理,同时合并使用助眠药物。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)对患者的睡眠质量进行分析;采用失眠严重程度指数量表(Insomnia Severity Index,ISI)对2组患者的失眠程度进行比较;采用自制生命质量量表对2组患者生命质量进行分析;同时比较2组患者治疗的有效率。结果:观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者无临床意义失眠率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者心理功能、认知功能、身体健康、物质生活、社会功能方面的生命质量水平明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于肺癌化疗患者,使用助眠药物能有效提升睡眠质量,提高患者生命质量,说明睡眠质量与生命质量呈正相关。

Objective:To explore the correlation between sleep quality and life quality in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 110 chemotherapy patients admitted to the Department of Oncology,Zhangzhou Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine diagnosis and nursing,while patients in the observation group were combined with the use of sleeping AIDS in addition to routine diagnosis and nursing.The Sleep Quality of the patients was analyzed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Insomnia Severity Index(ISI)was used to compare the degree of Insomnia between the two groups.The quality of life between two groups was analyzed by self-made quality of life table scale.Meanwhile,the treatment efficiency between 2 groups was compared.Results:PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of insomnia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in mental function,cognitive function,physical health,material life and social function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,the use of sleep AIDS can effectively improve the quality of sleep,improve the quality of life of patients,indicating that sleep quality and quality of life are positively correlated.
