观察肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术对原发性肝癌患者睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effect of Hepatic Arterial Chemoembolization on Sleep Quality in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

目的:观察肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术对原发性肝癌患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月齐齐哈尔市第七医院收治的原发性肝癌患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,对照组给予经导管肝动脉栓塞术(Transcacheter Arterial Embolization,TAE)治疗,观察组给予肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术(Transcatheter Arterial Chemo-embolization,TACE)治疗,采用睡眠状况自评量表(Self-rating Scale of Sleep,SRSS)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,同时比较2组患者CEA、B7-H4、sIL-2R等肿瘤标志物水平及血管内皮生长因子VEGF、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子bEGF的变化。结果:观察组SRSS评分显著低于对照组,肿瘤标志物水平显著低于对照组,VEGF、bEGF水平显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取TACE治疗原发性肝癌可有效改善患者睡眠质量,降低肿瘤标志物水平,改善患者预后。

Objective:To observe the effect of hepatic arterial chemoembolization on sleep quality in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:A total of 68 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to the Seventh Hospital of Qiqihar city from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random table method,with 34 patients in each group.Transcacheter Arterial Embolization(TAE)was performed in the control group,and Transcatheter Arterial chemo-embolization(TACE)was performed in the observation group.Self-rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)was used to compare the difference of Sleep quality between 2 groups,and the levels of CEA,B7-H4,SIL-2R and other tumor markers as well as the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bEGF)were compared between 2 groups.Results:SRSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than control group,tumor marker level was significantly lower than control group,VEGF and bEGF levels were significantly lower than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:TACE can effectively improve the sleep quality,reduce the level of tumor markers and improve the prognosis of patients with primary liver cancer.
