国医大师沈宝藩从虚实辨证失眠障碍经验体会

TCM Master SHEN Baofan′s Experience on the Treatment of Insomnia from Deficiency and Excess Differentiation

沈宝藩国医大师在前人治疗失眠经验的基础上,结合自己60年的临床实践,提出了以“虚实辨证”为纲的辨证思路。针对心脑血管疾病介入手术后共病失眠的现象,提出了“术后必有瘀,术后必有虚”“久病多郁,久病多虚”等思想观点,并形成了自己独特的理法方药特色。笔者结合多年跟师学习所得和个人临床体会,将沈师经验进行总结,并初步探索中医结合失眠的行为辨证治疗模式,以期为同道临床治疗提供参考。

On the basis of predecessors′experience and his 60-years clinical practice,SHEN Baofan,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,put forward dialectics of deficiency and excess as the outline.In view of the phenomenon of comorbid insomnia after interventional surgery for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,the authors put forward that postoperative stasis,postoperative deficiency and chronic illness with depression,chronic illness with deficiency,and formed their own unique characteristics of prescription of principles and methods.Based on years of learning from the teacher and personal clinical experience,the author summarized Shen′s experience,and preliminatively explored the behavioral differentiation treatment mode of TCM for insomnia,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment.
