Objective:To compare the cognitive behavior and motor function of patients with cerebrovascular disease complicated with sleep disorder. Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to Inner Mongolia Wulanqab Downtown Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,According to whether they were accompanied by sleep disorder, they were divided into observation group and control group, among which 46 patients in the control group were not accompanied by sleep disorder, and 54 patients in the observation group were accompanied by sleep disorder.Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to compare the Sleep Quality between 2 groups;Fugel-meyer scale(FMA),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Loewenstein Scale of Cognitive Function(LOTCA)were used to assess the motor function and cognitive behavior between 2 groups. The mental health assessment scale was used to compare the psychological situation between the two groups, mainly from the aspects of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror, hostility, paranoia and psychosis were analyzed and compared. The Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)was used to evaluate the Quality of Life between groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the ESS and PSQI scores of patients with cerebrovascular disease in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).FMA,MMSE and LOTCA scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The quality of life score of CVD patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The mental health score of patients with cerebrovascular disease in the observation group showed higher scores of somatization, obsessive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror, hostility, paranoia, psychosisand, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The sleep quality of patients with cerebrovascular disease complicated with sleep disorder more worse, which has adverse effects on motor function, cognitive behavior, quality of life and mental health.Corresponding intervention measures should be taken.
