观察护理安全管理的应用效果

To Observe the Application Effect of Nursing Safety Management

目的:观察护理安全管理的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年6月广州中医药大学第一附属医院心血管内科收治的740例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组360例,观察组380例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予护理风险管理,比较2组患者不良事件发生率、护理投诉率及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组的护理不良事件发生率以及护理投诉率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险管理有利于提高患者护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率、护理投诉率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the application effect of nursing safety management.Methods:A total of 740 cases with cardiovascular from January 2019 and June 2020 in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,control group given routine nursing intervention,observation group was given nursing risk management,compare the incidence of adverse events and nursing complaints between 2 groups,at the same time,the nursing satisfaction between 2 groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the incidence of adverse nursing events and nursing complaint rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk management is beneficial to improve patient nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse events,nursing complaint rate,worthy of clinical application.
